I went to this dealership to look at a used Silver Mazda Tribute SUV. When starting the car it made a funny noise, I opened the hood and noticed an oil leak. I went under the car and verified the oil leak. I asked best auto what services had been done to the car and if they had it checked out by a mechanic. He replied telling me the car was very strong and tried to act like nothing was wrong. I asked him if it would be okay to have it looked at by a mechanic or shop before purchasing just so I could be sure the problems were not major, his reply was no. I even asked him if he had a mobile mechanic or if he would be willing to choose the shop and I would pay for the shop to take a look at the vehicle as well as a deposit on the car, his reply was no. This told me a lot, a person let alone a business that is unwilling to allow a vehicle to be looked at by a professional prior to purchase has something to hide, and a business that has something to hide is a dishonest business. My advice would be to not let this dishonest business take advantage of you. There are alot of used cars out there, take your time finding the right one, do not rush.

My experience there was good. I went to go look at a honda accord. But I felt in love with the Toyota Camry. Everyone was nice and offered me and my mother water. I really appreciate that everyone there has good customer service.
