I recently bought a used truck from John at Plaza CJDR. I had a good experience and would likely return in the future. I feel like we reached a fair deal for both sides. I appreciated the small-town, local feel of the dealership. John and I reached an agreement before I saw the truck. I was concerned that the dealer would try to mess with that agreement once I was there in person. They did not. Once I arrived, I test drove the truck, and the deal was straightforward and ready to go. I was in and out quickly. The only reason I didn’t rate a full 5-stars is that Plaza advertised one price online, but when I called to inquire, the price I was told they had on it (and what was pasted on the truck) was thousands higher than advertised online, which I feel is kind of misleading. It may lead some customers to believe they got a great deal when in fact, the higher price is not realistic and nobody is ever really going to pay that amount. That said, all in- good experience, would return.

Lloyd was very helpful getting the truck ready. The deal and paperwork was seamless. Kristin was fast and efficient. Overall good experience some of the dealer descriptions were false, the truck did not have fifth wheel or power up/down tailgate. That part was misleading and very disappointing
