Jenkins Kia of Ocala

I have purchased 3 Kia Souls from this dealership. I am a 75 year old single woman and they have been very professional, kind, considerate, and have explained all the information in detail. The sales consultant Jamie Fielding has sold me the last two of my three Kia's. Whenever I am in the dealership he is friendly, as are all the employees. If you want a good dealership with kind and friendly people to help you in everyway, but from Jenkins Kia of Ocala.

Every single person we dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales person Oscar Martinez did an excellent job explains all the cars features. He was very nice and we really enjoyed doing business with him

Service dept is top notch. Our sales experience after we signed not so great. I’ll not buy another car from this Kia dealership but I’ll let the service team take care of my car. Service was great.

When I come to KIA for any reason, I am always treated the highest courtesy a person can receive. I am treated this way, from the parts department to the service department and even still with my salesman. Yesterday the same courtesy was given to me by Mr. Christ. I had a lot of fun checking in and checking out, He made me laugh. The service visit was a lot shorter than the window they gave and that was great. Not to mention that I was late for my scheduled appointment. Like I m mentioned earlier having Mr. Chris as my service person was AWESOME he is a great asset to KIA!!!! If anyone says different about Mr. Chris , they must be having a bad day or they are a sourpuss all the time. Thank you KIA

I feel as if I was treated with respect, consideration and kindness when faced with what I perceived to be a difficult decision. With Jamie's help and support along with Guy's ability to get me into something I could afford, I left with a good taste in my mouth as well as a treasure trove of information. Mike was very helpful. He showed great customer service. He showed he was very concerned with me and my family driving in the condition my van is in. I appreciate it and went and took care of it ASAP. I will take his advice and start doing what he suggested one by one as soon as I can.

Service writer was simply AMAZING. Jarrell Powell was the BEST service writer that I ever worked with. He was professional, polite, respectful, thoughtful, and a good listener. I am a Senior Citizen and have worked with many and mean many Service Writers. Jarrell made a lasting and positive memory of my Visit to Jenkins Kia. I was so impressed that I called the Service Manager to inform him what I experienced. Jarrell Powell is a VALUABLE ASSET to the Service Department and the Jenkins Kia Dealership. Callie was very helpful, always keeping us in the loop. She always let us know what was happening and was very attentive to our questions.

My experience was great and they had me in and out in about an hour and half which was really great since i had other things to do. I have never bought a car so guick in and out. Amazing
