I WENT TO JENKINS KIA TO DRIVE AND POSSIBLY BUY A KIA STINGER,BUT TO MY SURPRISE I WASNT IN LOVE THE FIT FOR ME. I DECIDED I WANTED LUXURY INSTEAD OF SPORT. AFTER TALKING TO MY SALESMAN JAE HE INTRODUCED ME TO HIS REGIONAL MANAGER CHRIS WHO WAS DRIVING A Hyundai Genesis . I TOLD CHRIS I WAS LOOKIN AT CADDILAC ATS BUT I WAS ALSO INTERESTED IN A GENESIS BECAUSE I DROVE ONE IN 2013 AND LOVED IT. CHRIS SAID HE WAS DRIVING A GENESIS AND WOULD BE WILLING TO SELL IT TO ME IF I WAS INTERESTED.WELL I HAD A NEW CAMRY I NEEDED TO BE PAID OFF BEFORE I COULD BUY HIS GENESIS. I ALSO TOLD HIM IM A CAR GUY AND IM VERY PICKY AND HIS CAR DIDNT LOOK LIKE IT WAS UP TO MY STANDARDS. CHRIS TOLD ME HE WOULD WASH THE CAR AND I COULD DRIVE IT. AFTER THE DRIVE I DECIDED I WANTED THE CAR. BOTTOM LINE JAE AND CHRIS DID EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED TO MAKE MY DEAL HAPPEN.

Wait time for service is TOO long
The time for a scheduled service is still, way too long. An hour and a half for simple services, is too long. I am not getting younger. Thank you, Lynn

Quick Appointment
We had a problem with our air conditioning system while driving back home to Virginia. The service department provided a emergency appointment. They were able to get us back on the road within a few hours.

Amazing!
My last dealership experience was a nightmare so I stayed away, but Jenkins Kia has changed my thinking entirely! Everyone was friendly and working hard to earn customer satisfaction. The facility and amenities it offered were top-notch. And I was offered (and given!) a new Kia loaner car to do errands while I waited for my FREE service to be completed. AND, a free car wash to boot! I would happily go to Jenkins Kia for any future problem with my car. (Of which there have been VERY few since 2011). Kudos! P.S. Haylee needs a new fax/copy machine.
