Kia optima

I want to say Fabio Neal was amaxing. He took very good care of me from start to finish! He knew what I was looking for and made sure I was put into the best deal possible for me and my children. I was blessed to have such great service.

kia recall

Repaired Kia issued recall. Made an appointment and car was fixed. Did not buy car at Ocala Kia but it was the closest dealer to honor the recall repair.

Went to buy a Stinger came home with a Genesis

I WENT TO JENKINS KIA TO DRIVE A STINGER BECAUSE THE REVIEWS WERE SO GREAT ON THE CAR..AFTER DRIVING THE CAR I REALIZED IT WAS TO SMALL FOR ME IN THE DRIVERS SEAT LIKE A COUPE. I SPOKE TO THE SALESMAN WHO TRIED TO SELL ME A CADENZA.I TOLD HIM IWAS ALSO LOOKING AT A Cadillac ATS. I ALSO MENTIONED TO TNHE SALESMAN HOW MUCH I LIKED A GENESIS I DROVE IN 2013. HE TOLD ME HIS REGIONAL MANAGER IS DRIVING A 2016 GENESIS AND WOULD TALK TO HIM TO SEE IF I COULD DRIVE IT. THE REG.MGR CAME AND SPOKE TO ME AND SAID HE WOULD SELL THE CAR IF I LIKE IT. WELL THE CAR HAD 24K MILES ON IT WHICH WAS HIGH FOR ME AND THE C AR WAS FULL OF BUGS AND FILTHY. THE CAR WASNT REGISTERED TO SELL AND NEEDED ALOT OF THINGS TO MAKE IOT SELLABLE . THE MGR SAID WE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THIS CAR RIGHT FOR YOU AND MAKE YOU HAPPY ABOUT THE SALE.I BOUGHT THE CAR. THE SALESMAN AND REGIONAL MGR WENT BEYOND AND MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS.

All was great except for one thing

The gentleman who helped me could not have been more helpful once he realized I was there. But, unfortunetly , I had to wait several minutes in the area where the cars are checked in- that would have been alright if there had simply been chairs available to sit on. I am hoping that the next time I come there, there will be chairs. (They are available everywhere else- why not there?)

Good Experience

This visit was just for a routine oil change but what made it better was the talent and personality of my Service Adviser, Callie Zimmerman could not have been better, friendly, knowledgeable. She could give lessons to the other staff on how to relate to customers.

"The BEST experience buying a new Kia Soul"

My lease was almost completed so I decided to visit Ocala Kia. Jamie called to confirm my appointment, he was waiting for me outside and walked me in to meet Guy. I was completed elated when I knew I was in good hands because Guy was straight to the point and discussed my financial choices. Jamie & Guy has stupendous customer service skills and they displayed all the qualities needed for complete customer satisfaction. I had the BEST buying experience in purchasing my new car while dealing with Jamie & Guy.
