Overall great. I had previously expressed dissatisfaction to Kylee with all the aggravation navigating your website, and followed up with Guy and Jaimie. Insofar as the purchase experience and given the shackles of the law, finance software you, as a dealer must use, et al, you did as good as any. Even the hijacking of me from service by Guy, Jaimie and later Mike was artful and enjoyable. They provided no info that wasn't going through my mind already. To this point all was well. However your detail department if given one more 10 minute delay and they would have queered the deal, a sure thing. Only through Jaime's experience and integrity saw it through. Thank you,

Good experience.

Went in for routine service. I was seen within 1-2 minutes of my appointment time. Service was done in a timely manner. Checkout was timely and informative. Comfortable waiting area.

Fast and friendly

You know how everybody hates the dealership service hassle? Color me a convert! From the service rep at desk, to friendly parts folks.... and fast and easy oil change, they have my business. They happily installed the extras I purchased, seat covers and cargo holder while it was in the service area. Could not have been happier. The waiting area was carried to accommodate preferences, with fresh coffee and a selection of snacks. I was very comfortable plugged into my iPad with the wireless they provided..... Thank you for the excellent care!

Excellant service from Jeremy!

Jeremy was with us from beginning to end. Helped us finding the car we wanted. He explained what we needed to know, and answered our questions. He also told us about all the services we would have. The test drive was excellent and he explained things about how to use the extras we had. Also, Jeremy has called to make sure everything was good with the car. I love my car, and I thank Jeremy for his excellent service and personable attitude.
