I Always look forward to coming to Jenkins Kia. I get Treated Like A Princess. Not just when I’m a customer but if I’m there for parts, the Service people still recognize me and make a point and come to say Hi to me. I love it. Everyone Remembers me. It’s not just a one time shop.

Brought my car in to be serviced for an oil change totally unaware I was about to buy a brand new car. I was introduced to Jamie and guy from the sales rep they were very polite and curtious. My fiance and I came home with two brand new vehicles. Totally not what I thought was going to happen today so excited. My fiance and I came in for an oil service change and was approached by Jamie in the lobby. He was very friendly and genuine. We joined Guy who immediately discussed our financial situation. I had recently purchased a Kia Soul 2018 back in December and have loved it ever since. My fiance's car was getting older (2015 Nissan Versa Note). They both worked very hard to get the right numbers for us and pull my fiance out of his tough car loan! I was upgraded to a 2019 Kia Soul and my fiance to a 2018 Kia Forte! They were very good to us. I highly recommend anyone come see them for help. My fiance had been in a couple of times trying to make a deal after I bought mine with no luck. These guys made it work with little to no effort. It was a very satisfying experience!

Outstanding. The Sportage oil change and all other checks were completed professionally. We are highly satisfied with the service provided. They checked the tires and the tire pressure, the brakes, the transmission, the oil filter and air filter, they asked if it pulls to the left or right, and they completed the 7500 miles checkup.

Great customer service. All employees were nice and took time to answer any questions.
