Excellent service

Brought my second vehicle in for service within 2 weeks and AGAIN had excellent service . Oil change and inspection om my 2008 Amanti . Thank you again Jenkins Ocala . :) Bill Crossen

Ryan Baroni and Team - Remarkable

I am writing this review through one of my sons as I had a severe stroke last January. I am 87 and leased my car through Jenkins Kia of Ocala. When it became obvious that my driving days were over, my son started a conversation with Ryan Baroni, General Manager of Jenkins Kia. He painstakingly worked with us to resolve this issue over time. He was understanding and compassionate and bridged the gap with Kia Motors Finance. Many of Ryan's people became involved and all were professional and helped us through this crisis. I thank Ryan and his team for their attention and solution. God bless all of you.

Fast, Courteous Service

I went to the Kia Dealership in Ocala where I had purchased the vehicle for my first maintenance service. The appointment was on time. They were very courteous. I had to wait less than an hour for the completion of service. They also explained everything they did. I am pleased with the service.

Excellent Customer Service

Callie Zimmerman was amazing with helping to address my needs and concerns with my Optima. One of the best service appointments I have had with my new Kia. My previous one at different location was not thorough or successful and she made me feel so much more at ease and had excellent customer service. Lance also checked in on me while I waited going above and beyond to make sure I was tended to. Great staff!

Helpfull and friendly

On the way hone to Southwest Florida had to stop by Jenkins Kia of Ocala to have check engine light figured out. Unfortunately repair cost for 2008 Kia Sedona was not worth the current value of the minivan. Jamie and Guy helped us figure out a deal to be able to drive home that night with a van full of college stuff. Thank you guys. Made it home safely.
