Unscheduled visit

Our battery died suddenly. We called the dealership and they said bring it right in. The staff was very courteous and efficient. While we were there they changed our oil even though we didn't have an appointment. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Wasn't in the market for a new KIA

Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one we drove in. We were very happy with our KIA, so it didn't take much convincing for us to trade up. We were treated very professionally by Callie Zimmerman when we arrived. She even helped me program the new KIA blue tooth before we left the dealership. Jamie Fielding, a fellow Veteran, was very personable and knowledgeable. A misunderstanding of the GAP insurance and the promise that our monthly payment would remain the same, which in final paper work was not the case, is why Guy Rodas recieves only 4 stars. I felt pressured by John Szylin and wasn't very happy with him or his service, but I guess he was just doing his job, so he gets an average rating. We do not like to be pressured into anything.

Very Pleased

Buying a car in reality usually isn’t a pleasant experience. When it’s all said and done,we are very happy with our purchase. Our salesman Joe Slater was great. He was always a gentleman and he knew his product. The Sales Manager Edwin, worked very hard to gain our business. We would buy from you again.

kia soul

i am satisfied with my purchase so far. i went into the dealership not to buy a car. looking to see what they had in color choice and pricing. i was very interested in buying just not that day. my dealer came to me with such a good price i could not turn him down. hopefully my new kia soul lasts as long as the car i traded in for it!
