Most were very informative and helpful in getting into my 2019 Oscar and the manager were great. Appriciate the hard work and negotiation to get me what i wanted.

I brought my daughters car in for a check engine light. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was kept informed and the wait time was not long at all. This is the first time I have been in but will definitely bring her car here for all future needs.

I had to have a tire repaired because I ran over something on 200. The tire couldn’t be saved. I had to buy a new tire. :(. But, they had it in stock, and I got a great deal, plus I had to get my 1000 mile inspection done as well. I was in and out within an hour or so. Great service!!

I absolutely love the new service department a Jenkins Kia. Everyone is friendly, courteous and treat my car as if it was their own. They explain exactly what they will be doing to your car, which I like, because I really hate expensive bills that I didn't expect when just getting the car serviced. I've NEVER had a major problem with any of my Kia's because of the excellent care they give my vehicle. If they give you a time for maintenance they are on time with their appointments and are always professional.

My tire went flat within 2 miles of Kia, so I brought it in there. Unfortunately, my tire could not be saved, however, they had my tire in stock, I got a great deal, and I was in and out within an hour. I also had my 1000 mile inspection done on my 2018 Sorento. Yes, my car and tires are brand new. So it was unfortunate that something so awful was in the road, but Jenkins is awesome! They REALLY DO TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!

Joe Slater took time to explain each step of the way to purchase. He actually listened to what we were asking for (price, reliability, make and model, finance and bottom line ). The terror of new car purchase and negotiating were nonexistent and calm. Thank you Jenkins Kia and Joe Slater. You deliver a great experience and we are so happy with our Soul.
