Great Experience

I recently purchased my third Kia from Jenkins in Ocala. Jamie Fielding was my salesman and he made the experience stress free . I never felt pushed or obligated in any way. I am happy with Kia automobiles and with the Jenkins dealership.

Awesome

Today I took my 2017 Kia Optima to the dealership for an oil change and 15,000 mile maintenance and left with a 2018 Kia Sorento. Working with Jamie and Tim made the process quick and painless. Pete in finance was awesome and made the endless signing of papers a breeze and quick. I was at the dealership for a total of 3 hours... Start to finish!! This is my second vehicle bought from Jenkins Kia and I'll keep bringing my business to them as long as they are in business!!

This Dealership Stays with you even after the sale.

I recently purchased my 1st Kia soul plus and my sales consultant was Joe Slater. I can't say enough good things about Joe. He is honest, high moral character, and overall made my experience the best possible. He was very patient, knew the product, and did all he could to make my experience at Jenkins. There were many other people involved in my before and after purchase and I would like to thank everyone for a wonderful experience. The GM Ryan Baroni really went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. The dealership even had someone follow me to drop off my old car. I would highly recommend Jenkins and all the employees here. Thank you John

The personnel are professional, friendly and the service is excellent and fast. The place is perfect, I can see through the window, which mechanic is working with my car and what is doing. That’s excellent customer service. I loved it. 👍🏻

Service

Sales personnel were extremely helpful about information I asked about. Service was okay. I guess because he was too busy with customers he couldn't remember who was who. Cashier was very friendly and helped with new address.

Excellent

Great service at Jenkins Kia in Ocala, Florida. Would like to see more smiling people. No one smiles. A friendly face should greet the customer. The lounge area is greatly appreciated with drinks and snacks available.

Service is a Pleasure

Don't mind having my car serviced. Waiting area is so pleasant with coffee, donuts and wifi. I am kept informed of progress while I wait and the amount of time required for service is reasonable.

I went in for service

Went in for service and wound up with trade in/ upgrade. was turned over to talk to Jamie and Guy and excepted an upgrade....same car 4 years younger. very happy with this car and did not want any other.
