Oil Change Time

I have always had a good experience at Jenkins KIA. I purchased my 2016 KIA Soul from Jenkins and I have all my service done at the dealership. The staff is friendly and very honest about needed services. They are not pushy. They explain everything before they do it. Thank you!

service to new car

Went in to have my Sorento serviced and Jamie approached me about trading it in for newer model with zero interest. It peaked my interest so we went in and talked to Guy and now I have have a brand new Sorento.

Everyone that worked with me were so nice. They helped me get the car I wanted. I would use them again in a heartbeat. May I say that this dealership is gorgeous. Decor is beautiful. I think it is a great place to work.

Amazing Customer Service

I just started going to get service on my Sonata at Kia. I felt great with the customer service and she really wanted to get my problems taken care of. I will continue getting my car service at Kia. Amazing customer service.

Vacuuming vehicle after service would be a fine touch. People very friendly I didn’t get name of man who went over my service but did a good job

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had

I called in to the dealership. I asked to speak to a sales manager. I spoke with Guy Rodas. I told him I was looking to trade in my vehicle for new Sorento. I gave him all my info, car info, etc. I made an appointment for when I could come in. When I came in, Guy had everything ready. I sat down with Tim Koehler, a sales associate, and we signed the paperwork which was all ready prepared. I took a test drive in my Sorento which was all ready as well. Only drawback was the wait time to see finance guy, but he had all our paperwork ready as well. We signed our paperwork and we were out the door. We knew what we were paying, we knew the trade in, there was no haggling, no run around. It was easier than a trip to the grocery store.

I was waited on promptly. The service writer informed of a recall on our car. Jenkins Kia performed the repairs well and promptly. A thorough check over was done. The customer lounge area is convenient and comfortable.

excelence by service and parts dept.

As usual they keep a big inventory of parts and that department should know they are a big assette. Chris Hansen is a wonderful service rep. I was again supprised to find my car ready in half the time i expected.
