I left an unfavorable review below because I did not receive good customer service when we purchased the car. The store manager called me personally to apologize and will address with his team. He also sent me the operators manual for the car that we purchased since the salesman that sold me that car told me that the car is purchased as is without it. The store manager made it right and I appreciate him for it. Thanks.

Best Deal on a Charger!
Great experience purchasing a car. No hassle. Staff was friendly and attentive. They let me do my thing but checked on me often. Was there on a Saturday - weekends are busy for them. Left with a great deal on a car!! Will definitely be back! My best advice.. use their site and pre-check your financing. It will save you time. Great company!

No Customer Service
I appreciate the dealership being up front with the car condition, but their salesman only cares about making that sale. Lexi was great when we test drove the cars and she was the highlight of the day. The salesman never bothered to explain the features of the car. The first salesman we encountered seem to not care about the customer, but got better when I told Lexi that I did not want to deal with him because he seem like he did not care. Not really impressed with the customer service, but the price was good so we decided to buy. Maybe this is the reason why they do not care if you buy or not because they know that they can sell it to someone else If you don't mind the lack of customer service but getting a good price, then this is the place for you.

Mr. Mercado, I want to start with thanking you for your business we are so grateful you choose to do business with us. Offering low prices is not an excuse to offer low customer service that's why I want to apologize personally for you not getting the proper attention you deserve as a paying customer. You have seen how busy the dealership was at the time you were there and often our sales reps have to multitask and help more than one person at a time and the sales man that helped you was helping two other customers at the same time but he should have asked an additional person to come out and take care of you and explain the vehicle features for you. Some car shoppers are used on dealerships that can have one sales person accompany the customer for the entire time of the buying process but unfortunately because we are a volume based operation it is difficult to do that especially if you visit us during a busy time but we will absolutely make every effort to make sure all of our customers are taken care of as we appreciate every one of our customers. Thank you again for your business.

I bought a car for my mom, a Nissan Altima 2013. the Service was good, the wait time was a little long, but we understood. Upon inspecting the vehicle front right tire was flat. I asked them to put two new ties upfront, but they denied. They offered to fix that tire, so they did.... or so I thought. That same tire has been going flat for months now, and we keep having to refill it. I called them once and left a message with someone about that, and no one ever got back to us. I expected if they didn't want to put two new tires, for the to at least fix it correctly or get back to us. We finally had to tow the car (since the tire could not be filled up anymore) to a shop and get new tires so we incurred extra cost of towing as well. The price of the vehicle was good, and the staff is nice, but the service I am dissatisfied with.

Sales associate
Very bad salespeople did not even try to get me the car I wanted very rude. Went to sun Toyota in holiday got the car I wanted because they cared. Again would not recommend this car dealership to no one

Bought my car here about a month ago. This place is, by far, the best place . Here again with a friend to biy a car. The staff is amazing. Very professional, I will never buy a car anywhere else! Thank you Avo Motors! YOU ARE THE BEST!

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
When I pulled in... I got yelled at for parking in the wrong place. I then stood in front of the office for 45 minutes without anyone even saying hello... So I left... I will never go back!

As a business I am sure you understand that we dont intentionally want to give you or any other customer a bad experience. I am assuming you visited us on the weekend which is our busiest time of the week but still that is not an excuse not to pay proper attention to you or any other customer. Our dealership is a little different than other dealerships we really promote a no pressure environment thats why even on regular week days we dont typically have sales people standing out side eye balling the customers when they pull in like other dealerships because we know some customers are just looking or just checking out the inventory but if you walked inside the office someone for sure will ask you if you needed help and also if we didn't have 30 to 50 customers that we are trying to serve at the same time I am sure someone would have approached you if you were just standing outside because we probably thought you were already helped. Please accept our apology and it will be our pleasure to serve you if you decide to give us another chance.
Great price. Clean car.
If you want a great price and don't care about a fancy building, clean and organized lot, tentative and knowledgeable salespeople, or any repairs or touch ups, EVO is the place for you. I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SR for over $3000 under blue book value. However, when I asked about them taking care of the 2 dings, the salesperson said it was a used car and if it was a show stopper for me, I should choose a different one on their lot. They had 3 exactly the same with low miles and same color. They also don't call back. 4 Times they left me hanging. So, know what you want on their lot and expect no haggling. Just go for the car, not the facility or people, with the exception of the finance manager. He was the ONLY top quality and professional associate I dealt with there.

Good Car but Questionable Service
I took my daughter to buy a Honda Civic for her to take back to college. The car had a good price and was as advertised. But they refused to accept my financing approval letter, saying "we don't deal with credit unions". I had to finance through their affiliated banks (kick backs?). And I had to pay a $200 service charge for them to process the title and tag, in addition to the $400 dealer fee. And guess what? It's now been a month since we bought the car and the temporary tag expires in 2 days, and I still don't have the registration and tag. And when I went to my credit union to refinance last week, they said the title had not yet been processed. Not sure I got my money's worth for my $200 service fee.

Mr Edward, First I would like to thank you for your choosing EVO Motors and we are so grateful we earned your business. I am sure we saved you thousands on your vehicle which made the Four Hours trip from Tallahassee worth it. I want to apologize for the delay in completing your paperwork at the dmv and it was totally out of our control as the department of motor vehicles system in the past two months had so many outages due to system updates which set us behind a little as we process paperwork based on the date of sale. In regards to accepting your financing we really have nothing against your bank its just because of our high volume sales it became not practical over time to accept pre-approval letters and loan drafts as it takes 7 TO 30 DAYS to get funded for these loans even though some banks will fund quickly but we cant make a separate policy for every individual bank. With a network of over 50 lenders including some of the largest banks in the country that we finance with we can 99% of the time match or get close enough rate to what ever you have after all a bank is a bank and you still have to make a payment every month regardless of who the lender is. Great deals without the bells and whistles
The price advertised is the price. They will not haggle on price, but there isn't a need to. All the cars are usually off lease vehicles that look brand new and have clean histories. Everything on the lot is only a few years old and it was the easiest car purchase I ever had. As long as you expect to pay what is advertised you will be fine. One thing is that they don't fill the gas tank, but for the $2-3000 I saved, I will go ahead and spend the $40 in gas.
