Very friendly man who waited on me. Didnt take long to get stuff done. They take good care of my car and check out everything. But I miss the popcorn

Your whole team did an outstanding job of helping me. I blew my engine on my 208 titan truck. The truck was pulling a trailer and was fully loaded as I was taking Furniture to my condo in Florida. They unloaded my truck and put the shell on my new truck. I thought that service was outstanding. However I do feel that they could’ve done a better job pricewise for me than they did but they kind of had me in a spot where I had to trade with them, so I think I over paid somewhere around $2000-$5000. Now that is just my feelings and the staff was more than courteous and friendly and went out of their way to help me get on my way to Florida. The head mechanic who oversaw the transfer of my belongings from my old truck to the new one and put it on the shell did an outstanding job and I am thankful to him for what he did. I don’t have his name but I’m sure the staff knows who he is. Clayton Williams

First trip they convinced me I needed $2000 worth of repairs. Car broke down again, same symptoms , REAL fix was minor. At least the second fix was ‘free’, gee thanks. Not my first bad experience with this Nissan dealership, to the point my wife will not purchase another Nissan.

The issue is this is not the first time (not even the same car!) that I've gone to you all for repairs and have the car break down again on me with exactly the same symptom. Your staff had me put $2000 worth of repairs into it, clearly not the issue, as broke down on me again with the same symptom. Your staff failed to fix the actual problem which turned out to be a small part. They were clearly embarrassed as they 'fixed' it for free....so I guess the original $2000 worth of 'repairs' were not the issue. A very similar issue has occurred with your dealership before. My wife's Nissan broke down, she had it towed, they were condescending to her when giving it back and it broke down WITHIN 100ft of where it broke down before, turns out your 'fix' wasn't correct again. The combination of reliability and condescension means she won't agree to getting another Nissan.

Service for an oil change and transmission fluids...

Service for an oil change and transmission fluids drainage took almost two hours. Nearly every staff member did not have a mask on despite Covid. I think I saw three staff wearing masks continually during my two hour wait.
