Friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Michael Dejesus and a technician (I don’t know his name) in the service department stayed late on a Saturday to get our car fixed at least 2 days before they originally thought it would be ready. Very pleased with the service!

Came in for an oil change. I was greeted immediately and was out within the hour. Great service, would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

The service department is always courteous and do a good job. I appreciate the work they do. I will be back for future oil changes and etc.

You need to light a fire under your service techs xxxxx....

You need to light a fire under your service techs xxxxx. Especially when the customers can see them. They need to spend les time looking at their phones and xxxxxxxxxxxx and more time working. I mean a hour and a half for a oil change and tire rotation is rediculous.

Very friendly service department. They took me at my on lines scheduled appointment. Very efficient. My husband is hard to please and he was very happy with the service department

I checked in with Forest. I had talked to him the day...

I checked in with Forest. I had talked to him the day before reference all my tires being low. He had all 4 tires checked, filled with air and didn’t charge me. My wait was short. He was courteous and helpful

Wrong part was ordered after I had scheduled over a week....

Wrong part was ordered after I had scheduled over a week. Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Work was done but have to take back to correct steering wheel center pad that wasn’t put back on straight. Also thought I was told my diagnostic fee of $69 when previously in a few weeks ago would be refunded in final bill. Previous dealings with dealership favorable but not this round but will still recommend overall.

45 days later. I still have no title although you’ve...

45 days later. I still have no title although you’ve cashed all my down payment checks. The lender has moved the finish line since many times it seems prejudicial and horrible business. My business will go to Mccosh from this point on.
