i enjoyed my time at nissan! my salesman, alex, was very nice and helped me find my awesome car! the longest part was waiting for the potential cars to be pulled around and waiting for my turn at finance(which comes with the whole car buying experience) trey, finance dude, was also super helpful and rad. would definitely recommend them!

I think they did an awesome job during my visit.. especially working under the conditions they have to work under during the pandemic.. when I come in I’m greeted by first name given I’ve been a customer for so long and this is why I continue to use Machens and don’t go anywhere else.. I have never met a rude person and always get greeted with a smile!

When repairing my car, they found a defective part, they gave me a loaner car for the night. I appreciated it, but it was a basic car. Bad move if you were wanting to sell me a car.

Tara was amazing as always! And everyone in the service department took care of my last minute needs. Even though last year was ruff about the things that kept getting missed on my vehicle they have done everything to make up for it. I will purchase my next vehicle through nissan.

When my part arrived early, my service advisor called to see if I’d like to bring my car back sooner than scheduled. I did, and the service was performed quickly, and they were able to apply a coupon I received in the mail to my repair to save me some money. Only took off a star because I feel like it was still too expensive. But fantastic customer service, which is worth a lot! Thank you!
