This place do not take their selling quality in first place. I bought a brand new 2018 Atlas. When i started driving it the sensor keeps going off all the time. I went back and asked them to look at it. They told me that it is supposed to do that. I have been in situations where my car all of sudden completely stops mid traffic. It keeps firing of sensor all the time and beeps. It is the most annoying thing ever. When I was in and requested them to look at it they said "What do you want me todo". And finally they simple said even a bag will fire it off at parking lots and they brushed me off. When I was in I had my friend with me. Even he said OMG they are so rude. I have never been more disrespected. I will never spend another doller there nor get my services there outside the factory warranty. Keep your money and go somewhere else please. I am not shy, if I knew the guys name now I would have posted his full name for everybody to know. I am simple discusted by that place.

I went to the express service no appointment needed for an oil change. Was their for 2 1/2 hours unacceptable.

Jetta was serviced with excellent help from John. Will return again.

I needed only an oil change, and that's what I got! A very quick and easy experience. At my old dealer, an oil change could take up to 3 hours--even when they knew I was waiting. This time, I was told an hour and that's what it was. Terrific!

Ok so I got my Jetta a year ago I had to go for service I first tried loley I had the worst experience I have ever had after few months I needed more service so I went to New Port Richey dealership they we're ok Another few months and I said why won't try Bert Smith I loved it These people where honest about what they offer the price was way better than lokey and they checked my car they advised me about what I need without using pressure or deceiving me to anything that I don't need For a person like me with little experience about cars that's what I need I need someone who is honest and not overcharging I definitely recommend them
