HORRIBLE

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They will nickel and dime you. Rip you off and charge you for xxxxxxxx things. $700 for spark plugs and coil packs?! Try $120 at Auto Zone

Review of VW Tiguan experience at Bert Smith VW

The Team at Bert Smith were nothing short of spectacular! I have been shopping for my next car for the past few months and have been to every dealership and have test driven many cars. At Bert Smith I was treated with respect, given all the information I could ask for, allowed to take my time, and each of the staff engaged in a personable and professional manner. I was even offered bottled water regularly, which was very appreciated on a hot day. After my decision to get a car and the deal was done, the team did not waver in their care or demeanor! I was given a tutorial on how to use my Infotainment system and the staff took his time, answered my questions and let me know he would gather the answers to anything he was unable to answer at that time. My father was with me the weekend I got my new car and was part of my buying decision and experience. At the end of the day he said "We got lucky! We met some great people today and got a great car. They took very good care of you". His impression is valuable as his career has led him to work with many businesses, including car dealerships, and he is hard to impress. Kudos Bert Smith VW. We are fans!

Long time Volkswagen owner

Went to have my battery replaced in my leased Passat and did not have the customer service experience that I am used to from Bert Smith. They are usually way better than that! And after a very poor experience I never received my complimentary car wash.

HORRIFIC "oil change"

When I came back to the facility to retrieve my Jetta from the change I found black shoe (or boot) prints on my dash. Upon drop-off, I was offered a complimentary car wash once oil change had been completed. Like I said previously there was a foot print on my dash!!!

Buyer remorse, terrible customer service

1 day after purchasing a brand new car, it broke down. I immediately contacted the sales person. He suggested that I bring it in. But when I tried to drive it, it shut off on me. So they decided to tow the car on May 3rd. I contacted the manager on the 8th due to no contact.He was very unprofessiona(hung up on me), dismissive. Just want another car.

Tire purchase

Switched out all four tires and had no problems. Great customer service by my service advisor and will go back to him for all my service needs.
