Smooth in a Good Way

I recently purchased a slightly used Ford from Exit 5 Auto and had a very positive experience. There is a variety of cars to choose from. The salespeople are low pressure, but friendly and patient. I felt like once I was ready to purchase a car, they moved the process along quickly. They reassured me about my credit concerns and were able to find me a fair interest rate.

Excellent Customer Service

I had been shopping for a BMW for a while, went to the big names in the area. I had stopped into Exit 5 before looking at a Lincoln and because of the way I was treated here I almost gave up my dream BMW and purchased the Lincoln. I held off and was ready to pull the trigger on a BMW at a competing dealership and got a call from Rudy saying they had one in! Went there and the car was exactly what I wanted. Usually I would be nervous buying a BMW from a non BMW dealer but Eric talked about warranties and it was a no brained. Knowledgeable, non pressure, staff and overall a wonderful car buying experience. My wife's SUV will be ready to trade soon and I already know where we are headed.

Excellent Buying Experience

From start to finish we had a great experience. Very impressed with the quality and value of the cars on the lot. We saw the car on Wednesday and picked car up on Friday. Rudy made the sale very easy and took care of all the details for us. Would definately recommend this dealership!!

Auto Repair Shop owner...Impressed and Satisfied.

I own a relatively successful auto repair shop...6+ years and counting. All but 2 of my auto purchases have been private party sales since I have the shop. With that said, I had an opportunity come up where we needed another vehicle unexpectedly and needed to finance it through our credit union. So off to shopping we went. Now I'm a fan of small business and try to give them business when their prices/services are competitive. With this Dealer being relatively new and less than mile away, I wanted to see what they had and give them a shot. I wasn't disappointed...I was impressed. My family and I stick to our budget as best that we can...so needing a new (used) vehicle was throwing a major wrench into that. So even though we were pre-approved for a large sum of money, we needed to stay near the $10k range. After a quick online search, we found that Exit 5 Auto had a few vehicles in our ballpark, so to speak, and several more just above said ballpark. So we headed down and met Rudy, one of the owners. I talked to Rudy as my fiance went and took a look around the lot. Pictures are nice...but in my experience, there are many "50 Footers" out there...a vehicle that looks great from 50ft away, not so much up close. No "50 Footers" on the lot. Got to know Rudy a little and we talked about our respective business operations a little. Nice chat...and we left. Good first impression. We then went online and looked at the various cars/prices at dealerships both big and small. The selection was obviously large at other dealers, but we found that the pricing on the cars at Exit 5 Auto was competitive, if not better, than the other dealers. So we found a couple of cars @ Exit 5 and decided to test drive one of them. I went down and met with Eric. He was very pleasant to deal with. Younger guy, but he did not push at all. Getting a test drive was a breeze and I got to go solo...AND they were closing in less than an hour. I basically drove the car home...and went over it as well as I could without a lift. No rust. No apparent leaks. A couple of very small exterior blemishes (it was 2012). Very solid car with low miles, at a very competitive price. I liked it, but the price was a little more than what I wanted to pay. Eric was willing to negotiate, but just needed to confer with one of the owners who weren't available at that moment (again, end of the day, Saturday). So in the meantime I found a car that caught my eye. Not a huge fan of the brand, but they have improved vastly in recent years so I figured that I would check it out. I called Exit 5 Auto on Labor Day. After several rings, Rudy picked up. I asked if they were open today, and he said they were closed for the holiday. I told him that I was interested checking out a car....and he asked me if I'd be available around 11AM. He was going to be there and would open for us to come check out whatever we wanted. Very nice gesture. I did the same thing as the previous vehicle. Took it home (after the fiance drove it and liked it, of course) and inspected it. Again, very, very solid vehicle. It was also on sale... I went and talked to Rudy. He showed me the Car Fax and told me how he acquired the car (Trade in). Everything he told me about the vehicle BEFORE our test drives checked out...even the accident it was in (bumper cover was cracked...no biggie. Metal/Paint underneath was flawless...and accident happened in 2013). So he gave the good with the bad...and was honest. After some talking, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Rudy said it had already been shopped, but he'll have the service department go back over it. Said that he could have it on the road by the next morning when his service guys are in (again, Labor Day...day off). After taking care of our business the following morning, sure enough, Rudy had the car ready for us. Freshly detailed (with a clay bar as well). The whole experience was surprisingly stress free and easy. Very laid back sales approach. We'll be back.

Totally Impressed!

After lots of wasted time and running around to large dealerships looking for a used 4Runner, we decided to check out one on Exit 5's lot. We initially passed over their dealership because we were pretty upside-down in our trade and assumed we needed a larger dealership to get the trade allowance we were looking for.... boy were we wrong! This was the easiest car buying experience ever! Not only did they match the trade allowance offers of the big dealerships off the bat with no haggling, their 4Runner was priced THOUSANDS of dollars under everybody else with the great condition and options we wanted. There was a slight wobble on the test drive (which turned out to be a simple alignment) and was immediately resolved before we took it home. It drove like a dream after that. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the cars on their lot and stand by them with their service dept. Their show room is beautiful and filled with lots of amazing and rare cars. They are just starting out and doing a great job so we were very happy to give them our business and support. Don't think twice about giving them your time if you're looking for a car, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed!

Great Experience

Rudy and the rest of the staff are very friendly and great to work with. He understood I have a limited budget and didn't try to push me into spending more than I could afford. I was very anxious about buying a used car, but it was a pleasure to work with Exit 5. The clock stopped working the day after I picked up my car and Exit 5 replaced it without charge or hassle. I'm definitely recommending them to all of my friends. Worth stopping in just to see their display of vintage cars!

buying my new car was a overall great expirence

first off i want to say thank you to exit 5 and especially rudy for taking care of me while i was buying my car he was very persoanble friendly i got a great deal on my new toyota i would suggest if your looking for a car to stop in and see rudy they have a great selection on the lot as well. the place is clean well kept and i was taken care of thank you so much rudy for all your help
