Exit5 Auto Group

I recently had the need to purchase a car for my daughter. I need a good quality vehicle quickly. I had heard good things about EXIT 5 Auto in Latham. I had looked and purchased other cars from other dealers. I found a car I thought I might be interested in, but it had just arrived. Dan the service manager, and Eric a sales associate immediately put it as a priority as time was of the essence. My daughter was coming in from out of town and needed to get a car ASAP I had her "DREAM CAR" within 24 hours. You would have thought I searched for weeks! This car along with the huge assortment of vehicles had low mileage (as do all of their vehicles). was in PRISTINE condition,and the price was very appealing!.They worked to detail, service , insure, and register my daughters car within 24 hours!! They have a very generous warranty policy, much more than any other dealer I had been to in the past. I can comfortably bring my car to them for anything it may need in the future. I had a flat tire and pulled into Exit 5 Auto Group as a matter of necessity. The service department wasn't even open yet and they were starting their open house; they stopped what they were doing to not only find the tools they needed but to turn the air hose on and then even take the time to change my tire after realizing the flat was beyond help. If the rest of the crew is as helpful and pleasant as Rudy and Dan, I would recommend Exit 5 Auto Group to everyone I come in contact with. Thank you so much for helping a woman in distress!
