I have had the absolute worst experience with this

I have had the absolute worst experience with this location. I purchased a Porshe Cayenne from out of state, and it has been nothing but problems from the get-go. It arrived late. It was dirty, and the paint was peeling off of the bumper and the door. It cost me $1200 to fix everything, and then they told me they would only refund me $200, which they never did. I had to call in more than 20 times to get them to send me my plates, and they arrived SIX MONTHS after I had purchased the car. It's been almost a year since I bought the car, and I still haven't seen any of my paperwork, despite having requested it numerous times. Whenever I call, it always goes to a full voicemail (unless you call sales, and then they hang up on you when they find out you want something other than to buy a car). The car has sooo many issues, and it was supposed to be certified. I purchased and additional warranty, and still can't get my paperwork from them to see if some of it is covered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I had to rate three star because of sales manager Russell

I had to rate three star because of sales manager Russell Which was unprofessional!!! salesman was straight forward with me. The cars weren’t clean like they were posted online which I told Russell I’m flying in from NC the next day to purchase a 2021 BMW X5 M50i cash and if it was clean like he had it posted I’m buying it with no hassle which the salesman Fred made it right for me to purchase the truck for 49,420 cash! And for Russell act like I didn’t exist there. Truck didn’t have any floor mats which I ask him to take something off like 300 so I could purchase some that didn’t happen what top it all Fred and I went to the bank to get cashier check for the vehicle which I made it out for 49,320 a hundred less and he wouldn’t even accept that! Made me add a 100 dollars to complete the deal knowing i purchased a plane ticket to get there and pay a cab from the airport also I bought his tight self lunch which someone fly in to my place of business spending 50k I’ll be buying him lunch not the customer smh very unprofessional. They have good inventory and staff just need to replace the sales manger!
