Andy, at ALM in Kennessaw was amazing with us. Gave us all our information and help narrow our options based on our limit. Made the process easy and had a great attitude towards us, process felt shorter which is always good! Recommend Andy to any future car buyers!

Please take your business elsewhere. You will save yourself a world of trouble. I purchased a vehicle and less than 30 days later the engine blew. Warranty I bought with the vehicle is not covering the claim and the dealership says it’s not their problem. I got lied to day one of receiving my vehicle by the sales rep and it just went downhill from there. Very unprofessional. Don’t expect to get a call back on stuff if they already have your money. Don’t make the same mistake I did, stay clear of this place.

Hello Miss Dekker, Thank you so much for your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We actually spoke on the phone 2 days ago, so I remember you pretty well. You actually purchased a car with a 108,000 miles and it was actually 4 months ago, November of 2022. Your engine and transmission was actually covered under warranty, however due to customer negligence your claim was denied by the warranty company. If a car is over heating, you are supposed to pull over and get it towed to a mechanic, however when they inspected the car they clearly noticed that this car was driven for a very long time after it started over heating. They were nice enough to cover the head gasket out of goodwill, but they cannot replace the whole engine based on customer negligence. Its not a fun situation to be in but this could've been easily avoided if you took this to a mechanic sooner. If you would like to discuss this further please email me at psingh@almkennesaw.com

I saw a used 2018 Tesla Model X for sale snd called the

I saw a used 2018 Tesla Model X for sale snd called the dealership. I was referred to Bill who I engaged in the purchase. As I do not live in GA I would be relying on honesty and integrity in the process. Bill seemed nice enough and I told him I already got pre-Approved for the car and submitted this pre-approval to their dealership online. Bill then told he would pull the vehicle into the shop for an inspection and to confirm it had the tow package I needed. He was fully aware of my intent to purchase. He then told me that while he was testing the vehicle it was pulling right and he assured he would have this corrected by their shop prior to finalizing my purchase and he would get back to me later in the day to confirm the steering issue will be addressed. I waited a day and didn’t hear back. When I called after not hearing back for 24 hours he said that someone “just put a deposit on the vehicle”???? We were already engaged in a transaction and I was prepared to purchase the prior day but was held up, by Bill, so he could address the steering issue. Really hope, for your customers’ sakes, this is not par-for-the-course on how you conduct business. Really odd considering I was prepared to spend almost $60k for the purchase and I seemed to be unimportant to them. Very unfortunate experience.

We are a very high volume dealership, we price cars very aggressively, we have a first come first serve policy unless their is a financial commitment towards the vehicle (for example, a non refundable deposit). However I do want to apologize the salesperson didn't keep you in the loop. That is very disappointing, and I am very sorry that happened. Forced Into a Warranty

BEWARE! January 27 I arrived at ALM Marietta to purchase a 2014 Chevy sonic LTZ. The ALM financial manager disclosed false information about the purchasing of an Easy Care warranty on a used vehicle. He stated that capital one would not let me finance with out a warranty. I called capital one to which they disclosed that the information the financing manager told me was false. (I have recorded evidence of the capital one rep). I told the finance manager I would not like to purchase the vehicle with a warranty. He then walked away telling me that he could see what he can do. I then bought the vehicle so I could cancel the warranty and to then purchase it outright. ALM of Marietta has refused to cancel my warranty, forcing me to come $2500 out of pocket. I have not received confirmation that my warranty has been canceled yet even though I’ve placed a request to cancel twice now. I’ve officially made it to the real page of easy care where I finally received a confirmation email for cancellation. Before this, They have been lying to me about solutions for the problem while giving me the run around. Please do not buy. They used the oldest trick and sadly this was my first ever car buying situation with a dealership like this. Please be smarter than I was. And DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALM of MARRIETTA. I will be filing very soon to have this resolved appropriately

Our brother in law recommended ALM.

Our brother in law recommended ALM. We got there and in no time the purchase was complete, the car was shining and we were on the way back home. It was a pleasant experience. Jim provided Excellent customer service. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you Jim!

BUYER BEWARE

Terrible customer service and sold me a buy back car at full price. I waas told it was in perfect working condition and less than 9 days after receiving the car, it had to be towed. In fact it was towed twice in less than a month. The car was a 2017 Mercedes Benz with less than 5,000 miles on it. The dealership ignored my repeated calls and was told to "have a nice day," by the manager. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
