The staff is very professional and really friendly. The service time was very prompt and very exceptional. Brett extended professional attention and accommodating service. I live about three hours north of Macon, where the

I live about three hours north of Macon, where the dealership is located. I inquired about a preowned car advertised by Jackson Automotive on cars.com. The ad was a new and and photos were not yet uploaded. I received an immediate text response asking if I had any questions. I requested the CARFAX report and photos. The CARFAX was sent immediately and I was told that someone would send photos as soon as possible. I received a call from the manager stating that the car was being detailed but that he would have a salesman send a video. I received the video and a call from the salesman. He stated that the car was in very good condition and reiterated that it had low mileage. I told him I would like to have a pre purchase inspection performed by the nearby Toyota dealership and he indicated he would try to work with me on getting the car there if I chose to proceed. We spoke first thing the next morning and he stated that if I would make an appointment for the inspection, he would take the car there for me. I called the Toyota dealership and made an appointment. Before I could call the dealership, the salesman called me. I told him that the inspection appointment was scheduled for 10:40 that morning at Butler Toyota. Then, out of the blue, he began to tell me that the car was in bad condition and that it would probably be sold wholesale. He said he would have to speak with his manager and call me back. I never received a call back. I called around 9:30 but he didn’t answer. I left a voicemail message asking if I should cancel the inspection appointment, but I never spoke with him, or anyone from the dealership, again - ever. I called the Toyota dealership around noon to see if the inspection was completed and was told that I was shown as a no-show. Later that afternoon, I received an email from cars.com indicating that the car had been sold. A couple of days later, the car once again appeared in a cars.com ad, this time at a higher price. Since no one from the dealership has had the courtesy to call me and explain what happened, I can only assume it was decided that the car was initially underpriced and so I was ghosted. I considered this kind of business practice to be deceptive and immoral.
