Came in for an oil change and routine service, and when I walked through the door, a familiar face was behind the desk. Jolene had returned, and it made me happy! Better Than Expected
Very friendly and no pressure applied. Very willing to walk first time buyers through the process with lots of hand holding. The building needs a little work but I think they are working on that currently. Shout out to Joel for never showing irritation with our questions or concerns. We will send more your way.

Ron Tonkin Dodge
Tonkin has taken care of all maintenance and recall items on my 2013 Dodge Charger. I also had an issue with my touch screen, which was addressed and replaced same day. The staff have all been polite, knowledgeable, and readily answered any questions I had. I even called them one day when I couldn't get in my car - key fob battery was dead. The service guy did not laugh, or make me feel foolish, which was much appreciated.

I needed my 20,000 mile service check/oil change.
I have never had any problems bringing my car or truck for servicing. The staff always goes the extra mile to help you, even if no appointments are available. My last visit my service advisor was Jolynne Baertlein who was a pleasure to work with especially her sense of humor. I enjoyed her.
