New Vehicle Purchase

Excellent customer service where my needs were anticipated and understood. They were able to make recommendations to better fit my situation and were able to accommodate for some of the issues presented through the process of purchasing my new car. I received the best deal on my new car and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. Thoughtful and friendly staff paired with the great prices will make me a repeat customer should I be in the market for another vehicle in the future.

Mixed depending on step in process

Making contact to schedule service / POOR I called and left a voicemail on 12/7/18 (Fri), 12/10/18 (Mon), and 12/11/18 (Tues) and never received a return call until 12/17/18 (Mon) when I had a voicemail from someone saying they'd received the message I'd left "yesterday" to schedule service on my vehicle. It was my call on the fourth business day in a row on 12/12/18 (Wed) when I asked not to be sent to a Service Writer's voicemail but rather connected to an available person. After a bit of a wait, I was connected with an individual directly. While I appreciate that people are busy, it doesn't seem like a good business practice to have customers not receive a return call within 48 hours of leaving a message to schedule service. The return call I received was in excess of a week from the date I left the first message. Making the appointment / EXCELLENT The service writer with whom I was connected on 12/12/18 was courteous, professional, thorough, and patient with my questions. Checking in for service / POOR Having never used the Express Lane Service before, I checked in at the office next to the lane where the Service Writers' offices are located. The girl at the counter was as inconsiderate, dismissive, and rude as they come. Her "customer service skills" were so abysmal that a gentleman who overheard the entire exchange stepped in, addressed my needs, and apologized emphatically for her unacceptable behavior (which I fully appreciated). I will say that if in the future this same girl is waiting on customers, I will look for someone else to help me and save myself from being subjected to such an antagonistic personality. Getting service and checking out / EXCELLENT I was kept apprised of progress on the items for which I'd scheduled service and the Service Writer was again courteous, professional, and thorough in going over the bill and statement of work at the conclusion of my appointment.

Friendly Fast Service!

Fluids were filled, oil changed correctly, recommendations made in a warm environment, friendly service, and speedy. They explained to me what lugnuts were and how to purchase them

Recall service

I had to bring my truck in for a mandatory recall. Pam at the Express service desk was great. I was in and out in under an hour. Super easy, she brought the paperwork to me in the waiting area, and I was done.

Great experience!

Wonderful team providing an all around perfect buying experience! We were not shopping for a new vehicle but just curious about new options in the newest models. Wow, Jeep, you have come a long way baby! The sales reps were helpful and very friendly. Between the upgrades in the new models and great customer service I couldn’t resist trading in the Wrangler I love for another Wrangler I love! Great job Jeep! Great job team Tonkin - another satisfied customer! We’ll be back when it’s time for another Jeep!

Oil change and PSI check

I was almost charged for a tire rotation that I did not ask for, I had to ask about the charge because my tires are staggered and then the charge was reversed after they checked with the technician. They did not offer a car wash or vacuum.

2018 Ram oil change

Online appointment was easy to do. I was reminded of the service via text the day before service. When I arrived there was no waiting. Coffee was fresh and hot. Service was quick. No negative comments to report at all.
