Getting serviced

I was in and out quickly, much quicker that I was told. Very helpful and polite. Also got info about a recall that needs to be updated.

Oil change and recall service

Service advisor is always too notch. Waiting room I to small and does not hold the amount of people they service. They had my car for a long enough time I would have expected it to be washed. I keep going back because of the job well done.

BUYER BEWARE

I told the F.I. manager "AARON GERGEN" I did not want an extended service contract 3 TIMES AND HE STILL PUT THE $1200 CONTRACT IN MY PAPERWORK AND EXTENDED MY PAYMENTS OUT TO 72 MONTHS. HE LIED TO ME. He kept handing me papers to "INITIAL" VERY FAST. I was lucky that when I got home I re-read the contract and found what had happened. My "Head Exploded" I went back and the New F.I. fixed the problem right away-his name is Jose Plancarte. Thank You for that. I went into the office "yelling my head off and that shook everybody up" There were other customers in there so I was taken care. The name of the F.I. man that LIED AND TRIED TO DE-FRAUD ME IS ... "AARON GERGEN" I am going to pursue this. Outright lying and deception and talk to a lawyer about this. I am furious so if you go there WATCH OUT. I am going to try and talk to a General Manager or someone higher up

Satisfied Customer-Excellent communication with Mr Barnes

I got a call from the General Manager Brian Barns said that he would void my contract and refund my down payment and also give me documentation saying that my credit union would be paid off because the loan has already been "Funded" I am very happy and satisfied that this will be done and I want to give HIGH PRAISE TO MR BARNS FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT. I am supposed to go into the Dealership Monday, December 17, 2018, and have the transaction voided and then I will add to my review but at this time I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY AND WORK WITH YOU THANK YOU MR BARNS VERY MUCH A++

Great service

Service advisor was great, service provided professional. All questions answered with oil leak found on my car. Fast service in express lane and they even did a recall software update.
