oil change/ tire rotation
Drove an hour for an oil change & tire rotation. Wont take our Jeep any where else but the dealership we bought it at. Tried in the past, but no one treats better.

Traded in a car, waited the week For somebody to finally respond/reply to me regaurding the check I should have received the day I traded in my car. Finally got ahold of one of the managers Brian ; who finally took care of things. .

Jolynne at Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Fiat in Milwaukie, OR was very friendly and helpful. She reminded me about a recall issue on my car. No one elsewas ever that forthcoming about an issue like this, in my experience.

The whole staff salesman and finance manager put out over 100% to make that deal go along real smooth I did have financing approval from navy federal however finance manager got us almost 2% less
