Amazing experience
I've never had a good buying experience as I did when I went to mcloughlin Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge!! The sales gentlemen sung was super patient and overall amazing !! Great communication !! I will refer all my friends and family to this dealer !

2016 Cherokee oil change
Came in for a pretty mundane oil change. Jolynne was the best part about my visit. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always smiling. I'll be back. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, but a little small...or it was just a particularly busy Saturday morning.

Oil change
The service clerks were very awesome. What was not awesome was that it took 1 hour and 45 min to get oil changed at an “express lane” oil change service

Great service.. poor phone response
Servuce reps are great, service time is great , however getting anyone on the phone to schedule this service is nearly impossible. I leave multiple messages not only for the line that goes to a “Bree Kirshaw” but also the service manager and I don’t get calls back. Bother times I’ve had service on my Jeep this has happened. What keeps me at this location is the distance to my hone, but the phone situation would make me change dealerships if I had another option.
