An oil change took an hour and a half.

An oil change took an hour and a half. The service staff were not very pleasant. I stood at the service desk for 3 mins, with an employee also standing there before I was even acknowledged. They were not on the phone either. Their attitude left a lot to be desired. It really seemed like they did not want to be there. I have those days at work too, but you have to put on a good face even when you are just not feeling it. If not for the remaining free oil changes I have through the jeep wave program, I likely would not be returning.

Toll in a 2025 Grand Cherokee 4xe for engine warning

Toll in a 2025 Grand Cherokee 4xe for engine warning light and charging system failure. Picked up after 3 weeks and told “Nothing wrong with it”. The was NO charge on the battery! Battery charge level was ZERO when returned to me!! This indicates no attempt to charge. Complete waste of my time. Total failure of LaFontaine service department.
