Personnel great.

Personnel great. Waiting weeks for warranty approval was lousy !!!! First time I had a warranty claim. Also in the past there was no warning about not getting moisture in the mechanical stow and go seats a few years ago so our lifetime warranty was no good. I had the van detailed when it happened and was told dealer repair would cost $2400. We now longer have a stow for the seat behind the passenger seat..

Service advisor Andy Porter was great to work with.

Service advisor Andy Porter was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, informative, and responsive to getting my car issue identified and promptly repaired. The service person who took my original call was also very helpful, but I don’t get his name.

Took Pacifica in for 100k mile service.

Took Pacifica in for 100k mile service. Was able to easily make an appointment. Ryan in the service dept was extremely helpful at providing guidance on what maintenance needed to be performed. Facility is friendly and clean!
