I brought my vehicle in because it was making a noise.

I brought my vehicle in because it was making a noise. I was told there was nothing wrong, charged a diagnostic fee and within minutes of picking up the vehicle, I heard the noise again. I find it a little hard to believe that they spent any time “diagnosing” my vehicle for this issue when I heard the noise soon after getting in. But they were able to discover an unrelated issue. The loaner car was absolutely filthy! I was told that the car wash was out of order, which would be fine, but the inside was also filthy. There was dog hair all over the inside of the car, and crumbs and food particles in the cup holders. Totally disgusting! Very disappointing experience!

Spending over $500 for maintenance I should get a car

Spending over $500 for maintenance I should get a car wash. Pretty much every time I get the car serviced the wash unavailable which is a little annoying.
