He was rude.

He was rude. I took a loaner for the first time. I was told they do not do diagnostics on the weekends so they gave me a loaner. I had my dad in the hospital when they called on the weekend to tell me they had done the diagnostic on my car, which was confusing because they told they do not do diagnostic on the weekends. Monday I was unable to call because of my dad situation. On Tuesday he texted me threatening me that he was going to charge me $75 for not returning the loaner on Monday. Again I was not expecting anything to be done to the car until Monday which mean I would have returned the car on Tuesday.

Bought used car from this dealer, has had to go back in

Bought used car from this dealer, has had to go back in for service twice having driven it less than 400 miles. No loaner cars available when car in shop for over a week. Not getting calls back from salesman, customer service person was rude on the phone. Not a dealership I would ever recommend to anyone.
