Bought my mustang for airbag recall . Chad was my service advisor he was great. He called me that my car was finished so i came to pick it up it took some time to find it. The lot person drove it up and told me how nice the car was and that i take good care of it. So i get in and leave i just turned the corner and i look at the passenger side of the dash and i see all kinds of grease marks all over the alum.panels that cover the airbag and that the cover was not installed at the top. I turn around and go back to honolulu ford and ask for chad and show him what's wrong. He looks at and takes a few pictures and starts apologizing for what happened and takes the car to get the panel fixed and the dash cleaned . Chad did a great job fixing the problem but it seems that when i bring any of my cars to honolulu ford there is always a problem.

very slow service
I dropped my truck off for an oil change at 10:00am (the time of my appointment) and I did not leave until almost 3:00pm. Completely ridiculous that is takes almost five hours just for an oil change. I will not be taking my truck there again for service. At least the shuttle service was good.

Cleaned my new (used) car very well!
I just bought a new (used) car, and I was promised a wash the very next time I brought the car in to the shop. The very next day, they did wash my car and caught 99% of the car, including a spot on the backseat. There is still a minor issue with a seat part that needs to be fixed, but for the most part, I am pleased with the service.

Decent
The salesman worked very hard for me but gave me a hard time and felt uncomfortable. I ended up with a basic model of a 2018 Ford Escape. I wanted to try and add a few things (aftrr market tires, roof rack and window tint) but once I agreed to a base deal the salesman backed off and wanted to do just paperwork. In the long run it loses you business and money. I will go elsewhere to get that done now and probably wouldn’t recommend this dealership to friends. Although the finance department did do a great job.
