Honolulu Ford treated me right throughout the whole car buying experience. My salesman, Rich went above and beyond to satisfy any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Appointment at 10:45 arrived at 10:35 and greeted by Carlos. Car immediately taken in. Given pertinent information an was called at 12:20 to pick up my vehicle. Fast service and with a smile! Carlos Cabahit is an exceptional employee. Was greeted with a friendly and professional grace. He remembered me from my last visit and accommodated me with all my needs. Thank you Carlos!

Went in for my 7500 Mile service which is recommended by ford. My appointment was for 7:30am was met immediately by a service team member. I told him I was told to see service advisor Charlo Cabahit. Charlo introduced himself and made sure what I was bringing the Flex in for. Car was done in half and hour. As I have the service agreement with Honolulu Ford everything was done at no charge.

The facility was clean. The staff was courteous and I did not have to wait to be addressed on why I was there. The service advisor did a great job except I had requested that the tires be rotated. He said he forgot to have that done when I picked up my vehicle. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. The drop off and pick up was timely. Excellent shuttle service.

From the very moment that we got to the Dealership, Eric was there waiting for us with the car. There were minor issues from the car price negotiation to some scratches and dings on the vehicle, Eric took care of it all. He was very professional and accommodating, we will most definitely refer him to our friends and family.

Fey is one of the best service advisors I’ve ever had. If there’s a problem she get it’s fixed as soon as possible and always takes care of me.

Fey always works around my schedule to make things work for me. She is always in contact with me keeping me up to date with any delays.

although I had an appointment for the following week, I brought my car as a walk-in. I explained to Theresa the mechanical problem I was experiencing with my Mustang and how important it was to get my car fixed as soon as possible. She kept me informed of the status of the repair and finally called me with the great news that my car was ready. Thank you so much for your help.
