Always top service at Honolulu Ford

Sam, the Service Manger and Fey, my service representative were very helpful in resolving any issues with my Ford Focus. I highly recommend their service department.

Good and convenient service

I was pleased with the customer service. The only downside is that the part needed has to be ordered so I cannot use the trunk still.

Fey did an excellent job in helping us service the truck.

The transmission light was on the dashboard. We had to bring the truck in because we were afraid of damaging the transmission and fixing it would be very costly.

Great car buying experience.

I got the car that I wanted at a great price and a no nonsense negotiation for my trade-in. Salesman Richard Teruya and manager Marcus Wery were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Honolulu Ford.

Communication

I wasn’t given updates on my car. Getting these updates would have helped me plan ahead for being without a car. I don’t mind it taking longer than stated as long as I know so I can plan. This was a bit frustrating. The woman behind counter didn’t really communicate with me. I don’t mind waiting. Just let me know if it will be some time. It’s awkward standing there when no one tells you anything. I had to ask what was going on. She didn’t tell me anything. I think she assumed I knew. That was a bit awkward.

Great sales team

My salesman was great, he drove me around to the other lots to look and test drive different trucks. Took his time and didn’t rush me. The finance team made it happen thanks again honolulu ford.

Terrific

Celles (Antonio) is great!!! Miles and Celles both provided very good attention to detail. Chad in service is also very good with customer service, Mahalo, PV.

Car inspection

Excellent and fast. I also had spot removal on my upholstery taken care of . This was done with no problem! Very happy with the service I received. Chad is great to work with!
