Friendly, efficient, on time! Drove up, quickly addressed the reason for coming by Charlo and was on my way. He called when the car was done and met me with my keys and off I went!

Brought my car in for its last stage of its recall. Expecting it to take 2-3 days ford service team did it in one so far so good. On another note wouldn’t hurt if ford gave customers courtesy details or even offer discount detail packages for customers that bring there cars in for service. Over all excellent speed of service! Visit was awesome my service advisor Fey was awesome took care of all my concerns. although I waited longer than expected my service engine light issue was taken care of.

From service advisor, Chad, to the friendly mechanic and the service desk, my experience with Honolulu Ford was great as always. Communication was great and I was asked several times if I needed anything. Was even offered a doughnut while waiting outside. Great people at this dealership.
