A very friendly staff that fixed my car on 3rd visit

The personnel here are friendly. It seems like the demand for service and the inability to work on a first come first serve prioritizing system is what took 3 visits to fix my problem. I felt like I was pushed to the back of the "line" because my service call was not considered "priority." Whereas, in my opinion it is the customers time that is of most value, not the severity of their mechanical issues. I hate to say anything negative because the friendliness of the staff was greatly appreciated.

I didn't like the service they sold me a 2004 Lexus

The back window don't roll down and they said that wouldn,t pay for it so I want to return the 2004 Lexus back to Honolulu ford Oscar carter

Great help finding the truck I wanted late at night.

I got off work late and arrived about a half hour before they were supposed to close... but that didn’t seem to concern anyone. Eric, Omar, Lisa and a few others stayed late, until almost an hour after closing to help seal the deal on my new truck. Each of them was friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Mario even delivered the truck to my door the next day to save me a trip. Very satisfied. Thanks Honolulu Ford team.

They do anything to cover themselves

Our vehicle had a very dangerous recall that no one told us about, not even while we were purchasing it. We were told over a month later. Then we were given a rental that couldn’t fit our family, and laughed off when we asked for a bigger rental. Then when our vehicle was done, NO ONE called to tell us. Our calls were ignored until the day AFTER it was done, even though it was completed the morning prior. KNOWING we couldn’t even USE the rental because it was so small. Our trade in took almost two months to be paid off, hitting our credit HARD. The deal itself wasn’t “funded” until the recall was fixed. I’m assuming because it is illegal to sell a new vehicle under open recall. Awful experience, we’ve wanted our commands about how shady this dealership is and are getting military legal involved.

I am satisfied to the max with Honolulu Ford service.

My recent visit at Honolulu Ford for the service of my 2016 Escape was wonderful. Kyle, the service manager, is always pleasant and courteous and customer-friendly to work with. As in the past service, Kyle always explains the scope of the service very clear and concise - no waste of words. Kyle told me to come back when the car is ready; so, he facilitated that I can take the courtesy shuttle to take me home. And while I was in the shuttle, I observed the hospitable atmosphere while enjoying the ride to Salt Lake Blvd because of Honolulu Ford's admirable asset - Edith Kahele. She is awesome, very courteous like Kyle, very friendly like Kyle too. I experienced a good rapport with Edith and, of course, magnified the customer-oriented qualities of Honolulu Ford. Edith picked me up at Salt Lake Blvd just the time that she told me, and when I signed the release papers at the Honolulu Ford service counter I was helped by Lauranne who also creamed my day with her friendly voice and smile. Honolulu Ford is number one!

Excellent service

Great service, very friendly, & love their complimentary car wash always..they make it shine all the time!! Was surprised with the completion time of my vehicle.

Very Happy with Honolulu Ford

I received excellent care with minimal time spent at the dealership. Theresa Paperd, who is my exceptional service manager, referred me to Dana Pere for my new purchase. Celia Guo gave me excellent online support prior to my visit. Lisa Joslin was very straightforward with vehicle pricing and every aspect of the sales transaction. She and Dana were great. Chris Kauwe was also exceptional during my transaction. I am extremely pleased with the level of expertise and costumer service which I was afforded in purchasing my 2018 F150 Supercab w/STX appearance package. Thank you.

Friendly, Professional and very Convenient.

When I always get Theresa as my service professional, my truck gets service by noon and I’m back to work. Everyone else calls me after 4:30 pm I lose a whole day..

Excellent Service

I needed to have my car towed in due to overheating and this was at night. Thankfully Honolulu Ford was still open! It was very easy in having it accepted and Liz (?) was very helpful in helping me fill out the necessary form. Early the next morning I had received a text message from Fey with some questions about my car. I explained due to the late night drop off I did not have an appointment. Fey explained should there an opening due to a no-show appointment, my car would be brought in to be checked and she would keep me informed. Not expecting my car to be immediately checked and needing to have transportation, I rented a vehicle for the day hoping to get an update on what was wrong with my car. I picked up my rented vehicle at noon and received a text message from Fey a little after 2PM that day advising my car had been worked on and was about to be finished shortly. About five-minutes thereafter I was advised the car was ready! Amazing turnaround while not even having an appointment! Fey had been very helpful and kept in communications!
