Rousch Warrior Mustang 2017

I had an oil change service done at another location. Mechanic had installed slightly damaged part which eventually led to bad oil leak. Once I discovered oil leak I attempted to have service done at same location. The next available appointment was six weeks out.. I called one on ford to see if they could accommodate me. There was an appointment available the next day. I had to have my vehicle towed to location since there was no oil left in my vehicle and I did not want to risk damaging the engine. Mechanics took about four hours to do exploratory inspection . I was told that there was a small hole in the oil filter which was causing the oil leak. I asked if Honolulu Ford could work with the other dealer for reimbursement fees since work was not covered by warranty. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay for work to repair my vehicle since the other dealer installed damaged parts which caused the whole issue of oil leaking. Total cost for repair was $315. I requested for the other dealer to pay the repair cost. I had a difficult time with the other dealership to pay.for repairs. Six hours later, I was furious about the whole incident. The service agent Teresa and service manager Sam worked with me to resolve this issue. Ultimately on a little Ford just absorb the cost of the repair to get me on my way. I was a little upset about having to do all the legwork of trying to get the other dealer to pay for repairs. However I was grateful for what Honolulu forwar ultimately Honolulu Ford just absorb the cost of the repair to get me on my way. When I went to pick up my vehicle I told Sam and Teresa that I wanted to make Honolulu Ford the main dealership to service my vehicle.

Great experience

Thanks everyone was so very kind and thoughtful..I like my new car very much and will most likely lease again at the end of the lease agreement.. My service agent Fey was awesome. I called in the morning for a oil change and she was able to fit me in that same day. Great customer service

Great service with Nice People

I had a faulty part in my AC that needed to be replaced under warranty and scheduled an appointment online. When I called to try to speak to someone over the phone about this, the service department wasn't very helpful and told me that a simple diagnostic would cost $160 which I knew wasn't the case. I'd recommend booking online but then you won't have an estimate of how much anything will cost to repair or service. I arrived a little early for my appointment and it was very busy so had to wait for 15-20 minutes which went beyond my appointment time. Once I was able to talk to the service representative Chad, he was very helpful and gave me very accurate time estimation of how long the service would take and arranged for a courtesy shuttle to take me home and bring me back again later in the afternoon. The woman driving the shuttle, Edith, I believe, was the sweetest woman and I enjoyed speaking to her on the car rides to and fro. Chad also threw in a free car wash for my very dirty car which was greatly appreciated. This is my first time needing a repair for my car that I got at this dealership just two years ago so I appreciated the efficiency in getting the job done in one day without too much disruption to my work schedule. Very professional staff. I just wish customer service on the phone was a little more helpful.

Unparalleled Professionalism

My experience at Honolulu Ford was the best car purchasing experience I've had. Unlike past experiences at other dealerships, all employees that I worked with there were personable, friendly, and helpful. But ultimately it was because of Eric Blazek's unparalleled professionalism that made my decision making process that much easier. He offered answers to questions I had regarding every aspect of the purchase, from items on the purchase order to options in the car and made certain that I was absolutely comfortable with my decision prior to signing. New to Blue Oval

My experience with the team from Honolulu Ford was unparalleled. From the moment I submitted an online enquiry to signing the financing the team were very helpful. Hats off to Joe who gave me a great deal on a new Focus RS and Miles for getting me an even lower rate on my financing. Ben Cabalo is the best

My family has been buying Fords from Ben since I was kid. I just recently bought a 2018 Mustang. From ordering the car to day of pick up, Ben as usual showed why he is the consummate professional in this business. He is absolutely the best and I wouldn't want to buy a car from another.
