I live extremely remote and made this very clear to my salesman. I tried for 3 weeks to get the sale lined up and finalized so it would be ready when I drove 8 hours to the dealership. I was chasing my salesman for that whole 3 week period. With how difficult it was to get him to communicate you would have thought he was the one that lived in the middle of nowhere. Also, he saved me no time at the dealership or with paperwork, me still being there for half a day and even having to sit and wait to meet the finance guy for an hour because half of the dealerships staff left for a ribbon cutting ceremony of a new building. It felt like they felt that because the market is currently in their favor that they didn’t need to provide me with even standard customer service and purchasing experience because there would be another sucker coming in the door behind me if I left. It was an extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end.
