The dealership personnel were very friendly and kept the showroom neat and clean. Lyon did a great job in getting me my vehicle, taking care of my trade in and explaining everything about my new vehicle. It was a great experience.

Waste of time and ripped off

Bought one of the most expensive trim (Summit reserve) on the Grand Cherokee L at full price. When its obviously it was used (2200 miles), that's fine with me cause I understand the chip shortage issue. They only took off 500-1000 bucks but I don't remember. Apparently the mother of the owner was driving this car and we weren't able to see it. The sales promise this car was in perfect condition like new and everything will check out. We found out the next few days there was a paint chip from my Paint protection film guy. He pointed out there was a pretty deep chip. Yes, I have inspected with the sales at eye level (I'm 6'4") but never expect to bend down to find a chip that deep on the hood. Especially at some weird angle that you aren't able to see it. It basically needs a new hood or re spray after repairs. Since the car is suppose to be brand new (pictures to show proof), I thought I was good to go. 2-3 months later all I get is the runaround story and no loaner. No loaner to drop off my car and no replies. At this point I'm pissed of the Classic ways. I have bought a bunch of cars from the Classic groups and when I buy a Jeep you will get treated like xxxx. I still have a awful rattle in the rear which they didn't take are of the last time it was in service for a recall. It's just a waste of my time at this point (it was addressed during service, both the dent and rattle). They ignored it only did the recall for the car that took about two weeks. They couldn't fix the issue cause they said their detail guy wasn't around. I'm done going to this dealership or communicating with this dealership. I regret buying a Jeep and wish I moved forward with a Range Rover for how much I've paid for this Jeep. 77k wasn't cheap.

It was my first oil change based on what the car was...

It was my first oil change based on what the car was saying, it was time at 3000 miles. The young lady on the phone and the service advisor never mentioned oil changes are at 5k or 6 months. I did not realize it until reading the reminder for my next oil change. The car wash was more like a rinse and I had to finish it up after receiving my car back. So, all in all, the experience was a C-.

Classic was super easy to deal with. I walked in and looked at the vehicle and had everything completed within 30 minutes. They called me with the financing offers and even offered to deliver the vehicle and have everything signed at my house. Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
