The service team is very disappointing.

The service team is very disappointing. They arrived 1.5hrs late for an pickup after texting and calling to confirm our appointment. With no apologies or care. Our car was supposedly washed and not dried with water marks all over, which happens to be black so everything show. Was charged $180+ for an oil change and tire rotation. We could have that done at Firestone for less than $100. Will not take our car back.

Horrible service department.

Horrible service department. Blotched 2 service calls, but we had no choice bc they were the closest Lexus dealer. The other day I wanted to look at a Lexus Sports Sedan. Spent a while in the showroom. No one greeted me. No one helped me. It's not like I dressed poorly. I just came from an Acura dealer who gave me great service. I have decided not to buy a Lesxus as I want to avoid having to go to this dealer. We are actually needing two cars and will trade in our existing Lexus. This dealer just lost the sales of 2 $60k+ cars. Loom at their responses to reviews. I bet they hire a teenager to copy and paste responses as no improvements have been made in past several years. Don't waste your time here.

Never a return call. Lexus app not working Joe was going to call back. Never did. Going to call Lexus Corporate see if they can help without arbitration

Horrible from saleswomen to finance who didn’t payoff in 10 day to service department who did it keep appointment like stated to zero follow up from sales or service. Thompson has been horrible. Saleswoman told us to YouTube how to work electronics cause expert was off and she didn’t know

Ruined our relationship.

I loved this Dealership When I purchased my Lexus. Joe the manager is fantastic but I did have a Issue which stop me from going there. I took my car in for a flat tire which was on the left front when they fixed it I drove it home and I was still losing pressure on the front left. They told me that they fixed the back right but there wad no flat on that tire. So it was an honest mistake by the the front desk but the person behind the desk when I went back got very nasty with me. And was arguing and yelling with a loud voice saying they fixed the right tire. I was not yelling at all. He was very disrespectful he ruined the relationship that we had. We did have a good relationship until that time and now I don't even go back to the dealership for any service.. Was thinking about buying another car but my relationship with the service department made me very Uncomfortable for me to go in the office for service so I avoid it. I guess I am debating on buying a BMW or a Mercedes. I Just want to add it's not all bad. The manager and the assistant manager are fantastic. I just had a bad experience with the service department with that one angry person.
