Great Service Center
I have been going to Michael Bates (fomerly Rogers) Chevrolet since 2006. I am on my second car from them and I tell famly and friends it isn't that I am brand loyal to Chevy it is that I am really happy with Michael Bates Chevrolet so I buy cars from their lot. I am always treated with courtesy and respect by their service center too. I am very happy with everyone there.

I could write a book about my experience but I am going to make it short and not very sweet! They had my truck sitting in their parking lot for 30 days and still hadn't looked at it. When I paid them a visit on the 30th day they said it will be looked at tomorrow. It was and then they fixed it in about 2 hours. xxx!?!?! wait 30 days for 3 hours worth of work? Nice people but they should make it first come first serve and I feel they were a bunch of vehicles thrown in front of me. Also they tried to overcharge from the original estimate but removed that mistake

Impatient Salesperson!
The Leasing Dept. Isn't at All Helpful in trying to Accomodate you in a vehicle. No Respect or Consideration for Seniors Pricing Range. Short Tempered! Rushing Sales Process.

I thought after spending close to 4 hour and reviewing 3 new vehicle options and 2 preowned options that it was determined we would need some additional cash down due to the limitation of the manufacturers rebates.
