EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I booked an appointment for a...
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I booked an appointment for a service repair on my truck, and when I dropped my truck off, the sales associate said my truck would be done the same day (Monday). He even looked on the computer to confirm the part was in. Later that day, I had to call back for an update. They said that the wrong part was in and that it would be done the next day (Tuesday). Called back the next day, and my truck was still not done. The sales associate promised that my truck would be done the following day, even guaranteed it 100%. STILL had to call back the next day as no one was calling with ANY updates. MY TRUCK WAS STILL NOT DONE. FULL OF EXCUSES TOO (Wednesday). Still no updates on Thursday. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY TRUCK BACK AND WILL BE SURE TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF MY POOR EXPERIENCE.
