Service manager Phil was very easy to work with and and got our car in and out in a timely manner. Took the time to answer all questions and concerns.

The manager at Michael Bates Chevrolet was very professional and accommodating to my situation. Although the department would prefer to have cars on site so they can look at the service needs as time becomes available, the manager understood my situation with a large, busy family and worked with me to drop off closer to an anticipated time where he believed they might get to look into the issue I was having. This allowed me to have my car for four extra days. I really appreciated working with me. Then, the car was repaired quickly and for a reasonable price.

Over all my experience was pleasant, everyone for the most part was very nice and accommodating to a point but stopped short. Meaning when you purchase a high end used automobile make sure that the tires are as close to being new as possible. You should not have to replace your tires in less than two weeks after purchasing a $50K+ vehicle. I do not play with tires or brakes when it comes to safety period. Over all everything else was fantastic.
