UNPROFESSIONAL! LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

Unprofessional! Unorganized! Terrible experience. I reached out to Christian James and was told several times a 2021 Corvette was available. He kept trying to get me to put down a deposit - non refundable - even before the deal was negotiated with financing terms. I explained to him that's not good business. The deal needed to be negotiated first. He assured me the car was available. He took my credit application and ran my credit then texted me the next day to say he didn't know someone else sold the car. So now they ran my credit and took a ding on it for absolutely nothing. A professional would have spoken to his manager first and been told the car was spoken for. I called a manager there to explain this and he apologized, but I told him its his job as the sales manager to keep his employees informed of what the status is on cars. Especially when you only have one car of this nature. He told me he would call me back and never did. Christian James blocked my text messages and emails when I told him I didn't appreciate him running my credit for no reason. I'm all the way from Houston TX and was willing to do business with these guys. You locals better watch out. We don't do business like this here in TEXAS!!! Find yourself someone better to do business with. Zero stars.

Went to Bates for some collision repair on my pick up....

Went to Bates for some collision repair on my pick up. Read reviews mostly positive. Pulled into garage sat in truck for a short period and nobody approached me. Decided to get out and sit in a chair against the wall. Seen 2 employees seated at desk and one standing. Was never greeted or even acknowledged. Sat for 25 min. Finally a women came out from the inside and asked if I've been helped. Told her no. asked what i came in for and I told her for some body work. She said she would get the bodyshop manager to help me.....waited a short period and she came back out and said he was with a customer. Finally another 10 min later he came out. Never introduced himself but did give me an estimate. Would have liked to give Michael Bates some business but this experience totally discourages me from going to this dealership for any purpose. Went to Moran...HUGE difference! Moran is currently fixing my truck.

Horrible service! Had an oil change done today and the...

Horrible service! Had an oil change done today and the girl asked me for my phone number so I gave her my cell phone. She asked me if I was going to wait and I said yes I would be in the waiting room. 2 HOURS LATER I walked back to the service dept and asked why it was taking so long. She said she called me. I showed her my cell and I had no calls from her. Turned out she called my house! That phone number was somewhere in her records of me since I lease a car from them. No one came to the waiting room to get me even though they did that for other customers. Not only did I tell her I would be waiting there but she also walked through the waiting room at one point and saw me sitting there!! At at no time they did they even say they were sorry!! Very poor customer service.

Car sat for 2 days only to be told nothing was wrong!...

Car sat for 2 days only to be told nothing was wrong! Really? I explained the noise I was was hearing in the front end comes from driving it, not sitting for 2 days. So they drive it around the parking lot. They still didn't hear the noise. $180 later car not fixed, car sat in their garage for 2 days, AND I heard the noise the whole drive home. UNBELIEVABLE! Won't be going back!

Very expensive service

Newer car wouldn't run. Received call with quote from service dept. Presented with a bill $75 higher than what I was quoted, when I returned to pick up vehicle. The service dept. did not tell me they were giving a partial quote, not including labor and tax. Depressing that customers are treated this way.
