Fast and efficient service.The employees are friendly ,yet professional.The lounge neat and clean and the coffee was very good. I will continue to buy or lease my vehicles at Michael Bates Chevrolet.

Everyone bent over backwards to service me. All the employees I passed greeted were friendly and asked if they could help me. Service department is just great.

I made an appt for my first oil change on my lease. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted right away. Brandon was very friendly and helpful. He called me about an hour later for pick up. It was my first time having service done through them and I have no complaints!

Great job by Baron Johnson. He has always done an amazing job understanding the limits of his clients. He uses and respects his clients limitations unlike any other salesperson. It is a shame of the lack of cameros at Michael Bates.

I got my first lease in 2018 when I was 19 years old. The entire process was a hassle, with both the sales department and service center. I noticed the truck had an alignment issue (I have over 5 years experience in the automotive field), but my concern was just shrugged off because they thought I didn't understand how roads crown. Only after speaking directly with the service manager, did they finally address the issue properly. The biggest of all issues I had though was with my recall. Plenty of dealerships unintentionally overcharged customers $175 more for OnStar than what was needed. Chevrolet put out a recall notice on the vehicles this happened with, and stated that the dealership had to be contacted in order to issue a check to the customer. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts over two years, I had never received my check. I had ignored messages and phone calls from not only my sales person, but the manager as well. Overall, my experience with this dealership was poor. Coming from not only a customer, but someone who knows quite a bit about the automotive industry, I would like to think my opinion in this case is extremely valid.
