Bait & Switch
I visited this dealership last week to check out an Ioniq 6 that they had listed in their website. Everything went great until we started talking numbers. The vehicle was listed on their website for $40,344; but when they brought out the invoice it was priced at over $10,000 above that. After showing them the listing the tried to play it off as a technical edge case and that they had been working all day to try to correct the "price error." After going round and round with a sales manager, their offer was still several thousand dollars over the list price. It has now been 5 days and they are still advertising the vehicle for $40,344. After reading into past reviews this seems to be a sales tactic - dupe customers to come in with a competitive price then flip things around at the point of sale. I was prepared to purchase the car that day with cash. This could have been an easy sale for them, but instead they wasted a couple hours of my time. I could not advise someone strongly enough to avoid giving your business to Napleton Hyundai of Carmel.

Went to service here and it was quick and the staff washed and detailed my car. So happy that I came here and will service here regularly.

I love this place!
When me and my daughter walked in the door was held for us and we were instantly greeted by a nice young man. One of the desk managers, his name was William, was giving my daughter candy which kept her happy whilst I was closing the deal.

Great car buying experience
I went in to look at the new genesis and fell in love. The manager gave me a good deal. The salesman was very helpful in showing me all the buttons and switches. I am so excited to drive my new car.

There’s way better choices than them
Tried very hard to buy a car from this dealership, the first (and primary) problem is that they couldn’t actually locate the vehicle I wanted to buy…for days they were apparently trying but could not. Maybe it was a system glitch, maybe it was nefarious, maybe it was just incompetence. If you can’t even find a car you have listed for sale what else are you going to screw up? They were super under market on my trade in but I expect every dealer to try and rip me off there (refusing to even match a written offer from the chop shop CarMax though, really???). The cherry on top is awful communication, I was practically begging to buy this particular car and couldn’t get responses for several hour stretches over a few days. Frankly, in hindsight, I’m thrilled they couldn’t find the car, I can’t imagine how awful the post purchase experience would be considering they couldn’t even get the “take my money” part right.

This dealership has had my vehicle for 12 days and they
This dealership has had my vehicle for 12 days and they still have not completed the diagnostic. The staff are never available to provide update on my car. Currently they have had my car for 12 days and the only response I have received is that they are backed up. Additionally, I purchased my vehicle as "Certified Pre-Owned". However, no one has been able to locate my COP registration number. They state that Napleton is "2nd to none since 1931". They further state that they will "have you back on the road in no time". Clearly, in my situation, they cannot live up to the claims within their name.

You should shop here before you buy
The sales person Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Before buying we shopped at various dealerships and considered many different makes and models. The best deal and customer service was at the Napleton Hyundai. I recommend checking out their cars before you buy. They have the best cars, the best prices and customer service in my opinion.
