Excellent service!
My son needed a car quick, and we narrowed down his choices between a car at a dealer, and the car at GTX. I really didnt like the dealer, and my son wasnt keen on the car either. I called GTX and spoke to Leo, who explained a lot of the car to me and another person was going to come see it but didnt show up! Yay us! We got there and as soon as he got in, "Mom, this is awesome!" Test drove the 2011 Kia Soul, clean, needs expected age maintenance, but the car is in great shape, the experience was primo, even on a busy Saturday. Everyone was helpful and making sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. Terry made the finance part quick and painless. Granted, they were very busy (it was Saturday after all) and I expected to be there for a bit, and we were very chatty, so we were there a few hours. But in all, I would absolutely recommend going there, I was super pleased with the service, guidance, and car. Thank you, Leo and Terry!

Ignored a potential customer. Customer service is
We where in the lot looking at a truck. Almost 30 minutes. Doors and hood open. I was extremely interested. Another couple walks over and within a few minutes a salesman walks up to them ignored me that I was looking. Lost a cash in pocket customer. Sorry but I have never been to a used car dealer that ignores potential buyers in the lot. I spent alot of time looking and would still buy. But not from the experience I had. And according the the so called manager I talked to on the phone. I am going to tell family and friends

Good Experience
Overall this was a good experience for my daughter's first time buying a car on her own. The salesman, Paul was very polite and was not pushy at all. We test drove 2 vehicles and both were clean for us to see. We were also not bothered by having a salesman trying to tag along on the test drive with us either. They accepted my daughters personal check and was willing to drop the price even a little lower than it was listed for even after dropping the price already that week. Good experience and my daughter loves the car.

Car was good, but dealer covered up problem
Car was good, but dealer covered up a tire with a slow leak. The low air pressure light was on, I asked about it, and they supposedly added air to the tires. The light stayed on. I was told it could take up to 25 miles for it to turn off. Drove 450 miles home. Light still on. Found a screw in a tire. Fixed the tire. Light went out immediately. The car had been on the lot at least 3 weeks. They knew there was a slow leak. Otherwise, it is a nice vehicle. Just wish they would have been more honest. Look over everything before you buy.

WORSE FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE
Niko is the WORSE person to work with and he is the only financial officer on the lot. He is extremely condescending and completely unprofessional. I honestly wish I would have walked out and not bought a car there. He yelled at me in his office when I was asking questions and signing the contract. He said "I don't have to sell you this car" and went on to tell me the he gets to decide if he wants to sell me anything since he is the financial officer. After I left with the car, I sent him a copy of the registration and the title as requested. Then he kept calling and harassing me and said he didn't get it. He made threats about taking my car and he'd make it so I'd lose the money I already paid to the bank (that my lien is through). I told him multiple time that I already provided him the documents he requested a month ago and to please stop contacting me. Then he started yelling at me on the phone. I contacted the bank that my loan's through and they said he cannot take the car since the lien is through them and he just wanted the documents for verification. He could have got the title and registration through the state; since, it is public record but he continued to harass me about the documents. I forwarded the email with documents I sent a month ago along with additional attachments and asked him not to contact me again. I reached out the the regional financial representative and informed her of his behavior. Niko's behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Do NOT deal with NIKO! Especially if you are rebuilding your credit; which, I am do to a medical hardship.

Jen Niko is a very polite and professional person all he was doing was finishing up the paperwork that the financial institution required. When you have subprime credit the banks require a ton of paperwork when they approve the loan so all Niko was doing was his job to try and protect your loan so it could be finalized. You were being very difficult in getting him what he needed to finish your loan.
Bought a Lemon and they don't care.
GET A WARRANTY! They just buy their cars at auction so don't know anything about them or aren't willing to call out any issues if they do. Sales guy Gary didn't really do anything besides pull it out and let me test drive it. Didn't know the answers to any questions I asked. Nice guy but was 0 help. After i buy a $21k truck home... immediately starting having issues... truck wouldn't even start. Eventually found a wire that was grounding out. Also shortly after i had the Brake, Traction Control and ABS lights all come on and wont turn off... which makes me think they resent the error codes before I test drove it. I take it to the mechanic who tells me its the ABS control module which is $2k to fix with a new part and $1.1k with a used part... Call up GTX and for 4 weeks straight and talked to Rob the "sales manager"... who gave me the run around... literally promising every day to call me back and never actually doing it. They said they could get the part for less than $400... I asked if they would buy it and I'd pay to have it installed... NOPE... So just know they are willing to lie... So if you still use them... which i never would again... you need to make sure they give you a warranty so by the time you get home when you realize the vehicle you just bought has all kinds of problems your not just SOL.

Bobby, I am sorry you had this expierence I know there are things we are changing for issues to be handled. We do not lie, I know we try to be as transparent as possible. We will allow all of our customers to take the car up to 15 miles for a check by another mechanic. We want our customers to feel safe when buying vehicles we have on our lot and do everything possible for that to happen by servicing all of our inventory with Master Mechanics. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
BEWARE!! DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! I absolutely do not recommend!! We bought what we thought was a really nice Impala, low miles, from there for my 16 year old son. The guy kept trying to get us to buy another car, wasn’t sure why at the time. Long story short, we ended up putting thousands into repairs on this car, due to it being completely rusted on the bottom!! Now being told it’s extremely unsafe for our son to drive because the structural parts of the car are about ready to come apart due to rust!! Now once again we are trying to find another car for our son and will definitely make sure it’s safe for him to drive!! I’m highly upset they allowed for my son’s life to be put at risk because they wanted to make some money!! They knew what was wrong with that car but unfortunately we didn’t. We have learned to have the car inspected first before we buy another one! Please do the same and don’t buy from here because they do not care about your safety, only making money!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!

2001 Honda Civic
My son who lives in Cincy recently purchased a car from this Auto Group and got completely ripped off and I want everyone to know about it and exactly who they are! GTX Auto Group in West Chester Ohio sold my son this 2001 Honda Civic for $4,400.00. And at the time he asked them for a warranty on the car and they refused him. So after he went ahead and purchased the car anyway because they told him there was a complete diagnostic check already done on the car and everything was fine he drove it home. The very next day he put it into gear and the transmission began to slip. And then five days later he drove to work and the head gasket blew and he had to pay $172.00 to be towed. So he got the car back to the Auto Group car lot and they checked and told him that all they could do was to offer him a discount on the head gasket but still wanted to charge him $600.00 to fix it. And they also told him the transmission was fine. So he wrote up a report on them with The Better Business Bureau and explained all the problems he was having. And afterwards the auto group responded to his report and told the BBB he was offered a 2 year warranty when he purchased which was a lie! So now he is stuck with a piece of junk sitting in his drive. I want everyone who reads this to avoid GTX Auto Group in West Chester Ohio because chances are if you buy something from them you too will be scammed and treated very unfairly!!!
