Driving the 2009 used crossover with 79K miles bought on Dec 26.. Large array of cars and trucks, some unique. Clean, modern pleasant facility but not overdone. Good guys to make a deal with: organized, reasonable, do what they say they'll do. I'll be back when I replace my SUV.

Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up.. I am shopping for another vehicle for my son and our start and most likely finish will be with GTX.. GTX has made me one happy owner of my Acura, and no financing, because they made it possible for me to pay cash.. Thank you Greg very being so helpful and making this happen for me and Serenity..

I have bought many used cars in my days and after my latest car was totaled, I was looking for a specific year, type,price of car and found what I was looking for across the river at GTX Automotive West Chester through CarGuru search. I live in the Lexington, KY metro area and found the best deal for what I was looking for the specific car that I was looking for was 4 hour round trip away at GTX Auto in West Chester, OH. Glad I made the trip as Terry and Greg were fantastic throughout the entire buying process. The cars are priced fair to market so it is a very low pressure buying experience. This isn't a dealership if you want to come in and try to lowball offer as their prices are already in line with market and priced aggresively for mileage and condition so this isn't going to be a dealership where you go back and forth all day as they are basically pricing to move units. I had a couple of items on my due bill and they were all taken care of , detailed up, car was fueled up and ready for me to drive home upon pickup. I'm not sure how they will stand behind the purchase if any issues arise within the next few weeks but I have no doubt that they will do what they can to make things right if needed. Don't hesitate to stop by here and chat with the friendly staff here. They will do what they can to make a fair deal and won't pressure you either way.

Beware for gemmies done to make vehicles run , check under the frame hoods and other notes , this is a poor dealer ship with used cars not much done to repair correctly , i would stay clear of these

Great buying experience. Went to 5 other dealers in the course of a week, and this was by far the cleanest, most welcoming, and professional. Very patient with us and even made our children comfortable.
