Here’s an unsolicited review. Please read in full. At first the experience was great. I went in knowing which used vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was able to test drive it and look it over. I was told I would get a $500 discount for being a firefighter. We went to discuss numbers and I made an offer. Sales person went to discuss with someone else and agreed to the price. All seems great. But then it wasn’t. They wanted me to buy it right then and also finance it. I said I’m paying cash and tried to convince me it would be better to finance; why I asked, so they will make money from financing but I won’t get a better deal. The vehicle also hadn’t been detailed and the safety/emissions had expired; so I literally couldn’t take it right then and they closed in 30 minutes. Agreed to give them a cash down payment to hold it and I’d come back the next day. Ok great! Now it gets worse. I’m now told they will not give me the $500 firefighter discount and they will not honor the lower price unless I buy a warranty. So basically they told me what I wanted to hear in order to get the sale but then not honor it. Wow! Well I decided to buy the vehicle anyways. The next day I go to finalize paperwork, pay for it and pick it up. I then have to drive with the salesperson to get fuel in the vehicle; not sure why this wasn’t done ahead of time. And it gets better. While I’m driving the vehicle, the salesperson takes my phone to write the review for me online. Whatever. Now I have the vehicle and the dealership puts my info in for carfax so I get updates. Guess what, an old recall shows up and they claim not to know anything about it and won’t fix it. I understand the manufacturer will fix it for free, but now I have to take my time and give up my vehicle for the recall to be fixed when they could have taken care of it prior to purchase but they also don’t tell me about it. So take this review as you want. This was my experience.

Alyona was a delight to deal with purchasing a Sonata. I would definitely refer people to come see her for a car purchase. 5 stars for sure!

From the moment I walked in the door of the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Alyona. She was so easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and quickly took me out for a test drive. Once the pricing of the vehicle was negotiated, she guided me through the financing process. She made the process painless and went above and beyond with her customer service skills. I would highly recommend her to friends and family! I was evened surprised that she arranged to drive me home with my new vehicle since I was keeping the vehicle I came in with (it's a good 30-minute drive). Thank you again so much Alyona! You are the first car salesperson I've ever felt comfortable with!

My sales girl Alyona was so wonderful to my friend and I. I needed a car as mine got totaled and she really went above and beyond for me. She made everything easy and comfortable and answered all of my questions. If I ever need another car in the future I will go back to Alyona.
