It is always a pleasant experience bringing my car for service. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Diana Bell. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best possible service and price. The whole process was seamless- starting with check-in and ending with picking up my freshly washed car afterward. I love the friendly and positive atmosphere in general, but Diana was definitely the shining star for me that day!

I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told they may get to my vehicle that day? Then once they did look at it they were unable to do anything so I had to make another appointment but I couldn’t do that because they didn’t have a loaner car to even schedule another appointment. This is completely unacceptable. Diana was awesome but the system you have needs to change. Don’t make appointments for people knowing there is nothing you can do. You completely wasted my time and accomplished absolutely nothing. This is not the 1st unpleasant experience with this dealerships service department.
